1-3 Regent Street (British Columbia House) This Crown Estate Project,formerly know as British Columbia House, is a Grade 2 listed building designed by John Nash. It was built in 1914 to house the office of the Agent General of the Province of British Columbia and to promote trade links with the British Empire. Works comprised of the strip out and remodelling of the internal fabric and services complete with a new restaurant at street level with basement kitchens and new high quality open plan offices above. The building consists of a six storey office building with basement and roof top plant areas. 1-3 Regents Street was completed in February 2015.
