This office and residential refurbishment was a CAT A Fit-out, part of the Crown Estates portfolio measuring 3700 meters squared. Six floors comprising offices with additional floors housing five high end residential apartments.
The building is designated as unlisted building of merit with the St James Conservation Area and in its current form dates back to 1938 when it was rebuilt behind the early 1990’s facades.
The principle facades facing St James and Bury Street will be retained whilst improvements will be made to the unattractive and cluttered roofscapes.
This was a 40 week and achieved a BREA< rating of ‘Excellent’. The project achieved practical completion in March 2014.
