Nightingale Lane The existing site on 3 – 5 Nightingale Lane was previously used as Police offices by the MET Police and is now being turned into a brand new residential scheme for the elderly. The building will consist of a basement level, ground floor to sixth floor inclusive of 94 apartments (1 Bed / 2 Bed mix), 2 guest rooms, swimming pool, restaurant, spa, cinema, gym and car park area. This is a 63 week project and started on site in December 2018.
