Designer Group has been awarded a major contract to deliver a high-voltage substation at a data centre campus in Eemshaven, Netherlands, further strengthening its position in critical energy infrastructure across Europe.
The project involves the development of a 400kV high-voltage to medium-voltage substation to support power supply to a large-scale data centre. This infrastructure will play a vital role in ensuring reliable and resilient energy delivery.
Designer Group will provide a full Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) solution, including detailed design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and the supply of all major plant and equipment. Our integrated approach will ensure the delivery of a safe, high-quality, and fully operational facility, while supporting the site’s long-term performance, reliability, and scalability.
