Helping people discover and develop their talents through real and relevant training is at the heart our apprenticeship scheme. Over 4 years you will work alongside industry experts at our award winning, accredited, high-tech Training Academy, where we replicate on-site situations, with an emphasis on quality, compliance, and meeting industry approved standards.

Apprenticeship Process

Phase 1

6 months

Provide apprentice with introductory training to Health and Safety, Tools & Equipment and Basic Skills.

Phase 2

6 months

Provide apprentice with theoretical and practical knowledge required to prepare for on the job training.

Phase 3

6 months

Provide apprentice with opportunity to practice skills acquired in off the job training.

Phase 4

3 months

Provide apprentice with theoretical and practical knowledge required to prepare for the on the job training.

Phase 5

6 months

Provide apprentice with opportunity to practice skills acquired in off the job training.

Phase 6

3 months

Provide apprentice with theoretical and practical knowledge required to prepare for the on the job training.

Phase 7

3 months

Final phase to hone skills and work in a compliant, knowledgeable and expert manner. Successful sign off of Phase 7 will lead to qualification in chosen trade.
