DUB10

Since 2023, Designer Group has been proudly delivering the full mechanical and electrical installation for Echelon’s DUB10 data centre and energy campus, and acted as energy managers and PSCS on this flagship development located in Clondalkin, Dublin. The project is a cornerstone of Echelon’s growing infrastructure portfolio and represents a significant contribution to Ireland’s digital and energy landscape.

The DUB10 facility is designed to provide over 90MW of IT load, establishing it as one of the most substantial data centre campuses in the country. Occupying a total site area of 35 acres, the campus includes multiple data halls, an energy centre with 200MW of on-site power generation capacity, and a 110kV grid substation. Each of the buildings within the campus is designed to support 30MW of IT load, with an individual footprint of 20,000 square metres.

Designer Group’s scope of work encompasses the critical electrical and mechanical systems that enable the facility’s high-performance operation. This includes complex power distribution, cooling systems, and integration with both grid infrastructure and on-site generation.
