On completion, One Nine Elms landmark towers will be the tallest residential towers in Europe.

The project includes a 56 storey City Tower and a separate 42 storey River Tower. The towers will be linked together with a glazed bridge that will provide access to the City Tower facilities. The new development will provide in excess of 730,000 sq ft of residential apartments and 1,000 sq ft of retail outlets. A large residential lounge and sky garden will be located on level 50 offering panoramic views of London across the River Thames.

We were delighted to have won further works at One Nine Elms for the complete MEP and fit out package of the luxury Park Hyatt five-star hotel, which occupy the first 18 floors of the River Tower. Work for the hotel began in May 2021.

Designer Group is completing the mechanical shell and core works including installation of rainwater sanitation, comfort cooling, heating, ventilation, LTHW, insulation, chillers, cooling towers, smoke extract and public health works. Utilising modern methods of construction to its full potential, Designer Group have prefabricated a significant amount of this exciting installation.
