We aim to stay one step ahead of our competitors, which is why we utilise the latest software technology to build systems that anticipate, analyse and report on a variety of risk – all of which contribute towards its mitigation.
Hand in hand with this, we consistently audit and challenge our own processes to further strengthen our internal systems.
Our tablet-based software is leading the way in formulation of our online quality documents, health and safety reporting and snagging to ensure our teams are consistently improving.
Prefabrication offers distinct advantages over traditional build methods. We are able to de-risk projects, upgrade quality, have less site wastage and most importantly, improve health and safety. Prefabrication allows our clients complete flexibility with design, manufacturing and coordination. We can also save time by testing and commissioning prior to arriving on site.
Where we have used prefabrication techniques to their fullest, we have halved the number of man hours needed, passing that saving onto our client. We have also managed to save our clients’ time as well as money through prefabrication solutions not normally undertaken, incorporating building elements such as walls and ceilings.
We carry out prefabrication feasibility studies at the earliest stage possible on all projects. We can then pinpoint where prefabrication can best be used. Our experienced MEP services coordinators and prefabrication specialists utilise BIM software to develop detailed prefabrication designs and drawings that mean we can check, prior to manufacture, that all details are correct with particular emphasis on spatial considerations.
Prefabrication solutions range from simple prefabricated brackets through to fully prefabricated modular plant rooms and bespoke modular wiring solutions.
An ‘Intelligent’ building is one where the latest technology is used to enhance its user experience, productivity, and operational excellence, whilst also providing timely and insightful management information. We work closely with our FM business who have developed a new ‘IOT’ based solution that is industry leading.
