At Designer Group we are focused on creating a culture driven by diversity. We know the benefits it brings to the business and our industry as a whole.

We are fostering a culture of respect, inclusion and fairness. We have pledged to further promote diversity throughout our workplace, and our industry, by becoming a signatory to the recently launched Construction Industry Federation (CIF)’s Diversity and Inclusion Charter.   

Over the coming year, we’ll be working towards achieving our ‘Investors in Diversity Bronze Accreditation’, positively influencing the beliefs, attitudes and behaviour surrounding equality in construction.

I joined Designer Group in February 2018 and immediately felt like I was part of a family. I love my job and as my friends keep saying, I really fell on my feet when I started here. This is my first role in the construction industry and while everyone works extremely hard, we also have lots of fun. The team are very inclusive and are always ready to celebrate, which is great for my social life too.
