Social committee

It is all about balance. We spend a large amount of our time at work and so it is important we all get to have a bit of fun every now and again!

Whilst our teams continue to work hard throughout the year, there are plenty of opportunities for you to take a break from the working environment, to let off some steam and have a little fun.

Our social committee volunteers regularly co-ordinate social events for our teams, giving our people the opportunity to let their hair down and get to know each other.

Employee recognition

I work as a Purchase Ledger Controller in the Accounts team. I am proud to say that it will be three years this Summer since I commenced work at Designer Group. I enjoy my role which involves ensuring that invoices are paid and our suppliers' queries are addressed. I have been welcomed from the outset and made to feel like an integral part of the team.
