A super-prime landmark building at the heart of Dublin’s historic core.
An emphasis on sustainability in now an important consideration to have when it comes to future redevelopments. It is a core principle of Designer Group. ESB began the redevelopment of its Fitzwilliam Street site in Dublin 2 in June 2017. They demolished existing buildings, and designed and built a Grade A commercial office / mixed use development. There is also a refurbishment of a number of protected Georgian structures. Designer Group’s scope was to complete the full electrical installation.
We worked closely with ESB to ensure that they maintained a continuous service.

This new 490,000 sqft development will deliver a near zero energy building, one of the most efficient and sustainable commercial office developments in Dublin city, while sensitively respecting and enhancing the Georgian streetscape.
The project is now complete, having spent the end of the project ensuring we were part of implementing innovative, sustainable technologies that reduce carbon emissions and overall running costs.
