During February 2020, our UK HR team held their quarterly apprentice meeting. This is a core staple of our Apprenticeship programme. It enables the newest members of our team to discuss their progress, ask questions, and take an in-depth tour around some of our impressive sites.

Taking place at our current Waterloo and Heathrow projects, our Electrical Project Manager, Lee Matthewman, and Project Director, Christopher Napthine, MIET hosted our apprentices for the day, providing an informative, educational and stimulating tour of the multi-million pound sites before delivering an engaging presentation.

These quarterly meetings give the apprentices the opportunity to receive on-site training and live job experience, helping to inspire, collaborate and engage the apprentices at the beginning of their new career!
