Women in Construction Ireland (WICI) is an independent consultancy that plays a pivotal role in driving gender equality across the sector. Under the leadership of Joanne White, WICI provides bespoke advisory services to contractors and companies seeking to put in place the conditions that can encourage greater female participation  in within their workforce and support retention.

In addition to supporting employers, WICI is dedicated to empowering women and students who aspire to enter the construction industry. Through mentorship, training, and career development opportunities, WICI helps bridge the gender gap in a traditionally male-dominated field, paving the way for a more diverse and innovative industry.
