Designer Group has headed to the Arctic! From the 2^nd-7^th February 11 of our bravest team members faced the treacherous elements to raise money for our UK Charity partner, Dreams Come True. On this unique challenge the DG team travelled with Breaking Strain Events to Rovaniemi, Finland for the trek of a lifetime.

This Arctic trek was not for the faint hearted; the team spent three days trekking into the perilous Arctic Circle, travelling over 66km (41 miles), pulled all of their own 20g kit in a pulk, battled against the elements, and faced temperatures as low as -20˚C. The team slept in tents throughout the duration of the trek, until the last evening when they spent a fantastic relaxing night in an igloo under the northern lights.

Our team battled the unforgiving elements to raise money for Dreams Come True, a UK national charity that fulfils dreams for children and young adults with serious and life-limiting conditions. As a long-term partner of the Charity, we share the same goals, missions and values – to create dreams, bring everlasting joy and create special memories for incredible young people.
