As part of Designer Group’s commitment to continuous improvement to deliver quality projects time and time again; this month sees the launch of our brand new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
These updated guidelines will be the ‘go-to’ for all our project teams and defines our ‘quality promise’ to all our clients.
Designer Group’s ‘Gold Standard’ will be the minimum required standard of delivery across all our projects and the Gold Standard SOP provides all of Designer Group’s project teams with all the information and direction they need to meet expectations.
All of our project teams are currently undergoing training from Operations Directors through to Document Control and Commercial. This new training scheme has been developed exclusively for Designer Group with the main aim of improving consistency and collaboration across the business.
Designer Group use new and improved technologies and ways of working to increase efficiency and advance quality and pass these directly on to our clients.
