As a Construction Industry Federation (CIF) member, Designer Group were delighted to support the Technological University Dublin ‘Access to Apprenticeship’ programme.

In a recent CIF article Brendan Kearns, Director, Training and Off-Site Prefabrication, said that “Designer Group has been involved with the Access to Apprenticeship programme since its inception. The programme enables us to assess the potential apprentices in the workplace and identify candidates who want to work, want to train, and who really want to be an apprentice. To date, we have successfully started employment for seven apprentices, including two from the current graduating group. We are one of several employers who meet with the students for guidance and employment opportunities during their programme and can attest to the transformation in some of the candidates from start to finish.”
