It is situated at the peninsula of the South Docklands, linked by two new foot and road bridge connections.
Standing at 79 metres tall with 23 storeys, it is the tallest building in Ireland.

Designer Group secured the shell and core and CAT A electrical installation for the commercial and residential developments including car parking levels, amenity area and apartment electrical installation for the blocks and the retail units. The residential block included the development of ground floor retail units, a first-floor amenity area with gym, cinema and office suites. On the upper floors there are 196 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments along with a number of high-spec luxurious penthouse apartments.
There are many unique aspects to the installation, such as the highly specified Aviation Lights required. The fittings to be installed meet all ICAO and IAA regulations.
Designer Group carried out the fit-outs for both Morgan Stanley and Indeed.com on the Commercial part of the project.
