Capital Dock

Dublin Docklands

Dublin’s docklands has become the single most potent symbol of Ireland’s economic recovery. The docklands area has even become internationally known as Dublin’s “Silicon Docks”. Capital Dock is a landmark 4.8 acre campus-style waterfront development of premium office accommodation, apartments, retail units and parkland. It is situated at the peninsula of the South Docklands, linked by two new foot and road bridge connections.

Standing at 79 metres tall with 23 storeys, it is the tallest building in Ireland.

The residential block included the development of ground floor retail units, a first-floor amenity area with gym, cinema and office suites. On the upper floors there are 196 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments along with a number of high-spec luxurious penthouse apartments.

There are many unique aspects to the installation, such as the highly specified Aviation Lights required. The fittings to be installed meet all ICAO and IAA regulations.
