Capital Dock is a landmark 4.8 acre campus-style waterfront development of premium office accommodation, apartments, retail units and parkland. It is situated at the peninsula of the South Docklands, linked by two new foot and road bridge connections.

Standing at 79 metres tall with 23 storeys, it will be the tallest building in Ireland.
