The original Scotland Yard Police Station took on a new life as a 5 star luxury London hotel.

A stone’s throw from Covent Garden, Great Scotland Yard is Grade II listed with architecture dating back to the Edwardian and Victorian era.

There are 152 guest rooms, including 8 suites and one townhouse.  No two rooms are the same.

Although this building was not fit for purpose for the Metropolitan Police, it is of historical significance.  All the main services were dated and required modernising throughout.

Designer Group were responsible for all the mechanical, electrical and plumbing services for the entire hotel.
