Carrying out works in one of the world’s busiest  airports without causing significant interruption to flights and the passenger experience, is a major challenge.  In addition, Heathrow Airport has the strictest security measures. Designer Group had to take all of these factors into consideration, and adhere to their security measures to deliver a new baggage system in busy and heavily restricted area. Designer Group planned all the logistics and site plans alongside Heathrow’s operations team to ensure all elements went smoothly.

Designer Group’s involvement in this project consists of new LV distribution, small power, lighting, earthing and bonding, lightning protection, heating, ventilation, public health and BMS works.
