This iconic building sits on Bankside. One Blackfriars is a mixed use development. It is comprised of residential flats, retail and hotel space and a viewing platform.

Designer Group were awarded the mechanical, electrical and plumbing service for both the shell and core works within the tower. We continue to complete the shell and core works to the hotel within the building and including the fit out.
