A super-prime landmark building at the heart of Dublin’s historic core.
Redevelopments are now to be considered with sustainability as we move forwards. It is a core principle of Designer Group. ESB began the redevelopment of its Fitzwilliam Street site in Dublin 2 in June 2017. They will be demolishing existing buildings, and design and build a Grade A commercial office / mixed use development. There is also a refurbishment of a number of protected Georgian structures. Designer Group’s scope is to complete the full electrical installation.
This is a Live facility and critical environment, so we are working closely with ESB to ensure that they can maintain a continuous service.
Completion due June 2021
This new 45,000 sqm development will deliver a near zero energy building, one of the most efficient and sustainable commercial office developments in Dublin city, while sensitively respecting and enhancing the Georgian streetscape. .
The project is still ongoing, and we will be part of implementing innovative, sustainable technologies that will reduce carbon emissions and overall running costs.
