Completing the 360° experience at the O2 with the development of a new designer outlet centre.

As the O2 already had much of the entertainment space already in use, the new area had to not only be a seamless part of the experience, but also be a stand alone zone. It also had to meet BREEAM guidelines.

Designer Group were responsible for the shell and core MEP services to facilitate a total of 81 high-end retail units. The project involved a high-level specification lighting system.

To ensure the design will work, we designed the project in a 3D BIM enviroment which irons out any possible issues before installation begins, saving both time and money. We achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘excellent’.
