Social committee
It is all about balance. We spend a large amount of our time at work and so it is important we all get to have a bit of fun every now and again!
Whilst our teams continue to work hard throughout the year, there are plenty of opportunities for you to take a break from the working environment, to let off some steam and have a little fun.
Our social committee volunteers regularly co-ordinate social events for our teams, giving our people the opportunity to let their hair down and get to know each other.
Happy teams are healthier, more enthusiastic, more collaborative, and more productive.
Employee recognition
Retaining our talent and recognising those who have provided their expertise to the Company for a large part of their career is important to us. That is why we reward our employee’s excellence with an annual staff awards programme for going ‘above and beyond’ in the workplace.
These awards foster a sense of belonging and honour friendships and contributions over time. Our CEO and MD host an annual awards ceremony to celebrate the winners’ commitment to the business.
Our employees are also recognised monthly for their proactive safety behaviours on site. This ensures the highest standard of health and safety, keeping it at the forefront of everything we do.
