We have dedicated local HR teams who will also oversee your wellbeing and ensure you are given everything needed to meet your milestones during the programme.
If you are ready for an exciting career, we are ready to show you how.
Our graduate and trainee programmes have been created to attract high calibre and ambitious people. We offer programmes in quantity surveying, mechanical, and electrical engineering which are supported by the entire business – we all invest in your future.
The programmes combine hands-on experience with technical knowledge and all graduates and trainees are assigned a mentor, who will guide your journey and help you to fulfil your potential. Trainees are also given one day a week study day, where they can work towards their required qualification.
Over 2 years, you will gain an all-round skill set, working on our world class projects, and obtaining insight within the core teams, and the full construction lifecycle.
All graduates receive continuous professional development and regular feedback to ensure you gain the maximum benefit from the scheme and learn everything you need to work for an international M&E contractor.
The programme consists of two streams: Engineering and Quantity Surveying. Participants undergo modular content rotating over the two years.
