At Designer Group we are focused on creating a culture driven by fairness, inclusion and respect. We are proudly committed to promoting this, as a signatory to the Construction Industry Federation (CIF)’s Diversity and Inclusion Charter, in collaboration with the Irish Centre for Diversity.

We are working towards achieving our ‘Investors in Diversity Bronze Accreditation’, and last week our Irish office took part in “Inclusive Leadership Training”, with our Group CEO, Michael Stone in attendance.

This training gave us further insight and ideas on the importance of positive role modelling and influencing the beliefs, attitudes and behaviour surrounding equality in construction and engineering.
