We are pleased to announce that Designer Group have successfully won the full MEP installation and fit out for the new One Nine Elms Park Hyatt Hotel. This exciting project is an extension of the mechanical shell and core works we are currently completing on the two main One Nine Elms towers, which when completed will be the tallest residential towers in Europe.

The brand new five-star hotel will include a luxury spa, ballroom, club house restaurant, retail boutique, terrace and karaoke bar above the hotel room floors. On completion it will boast 203 bedrooms providing 267,000 sq ft of hotel accommodation.

The MEP programme will begin in May 2021 with anticipated completion in December 2022. Stand out elements of the project include a large AV package,  inclusive of a Lutron control package along with high specification fittings and accessories.
