An exciting time for Designer Group, as another of our fantastic UK projects achieves practical completion. No. 3-5 Nightingale Lane was previously used as offices by the Metropolitan Police and has since been turned into a brand new 13,750 sqm luxury retirement village overlooking Clapham Common, London. The building consists of a basement and six floors with a total of 94 apartments, two guest rooms, a swimming pool, restaurant, spa, cinema, gym and car park area. Over a 63-week period we have worked closely with McLaren Construction Group and were responsible for both the mechanical and electrical refurbishments and installations throughout the building.
