Wilton Park is a new 60,000 sq ft office development in Dublin’s CBD.  It is scheduled to complete in 2021, with Two, Three and Four Wilton Park comprising 140,000 sq ft completing on a phased basis between 2023 and 2024. The ground floor level will include cafes, restaurants and retail facilities.

It has been designed to meet the highest sustainability, efficient and digital connectivity standards including LEED Platinum, WiresScore, Platinum, WELL Gold and BER A3 Energy Rating.
