We are delighted to announce the completion of an influential project, 77 Coleman Street, the redevelopment of an existing office building which brings new, urban life to a large 1980s structure, dramatically improving its façade.
77 Coleman Street required a full refurbishment, extension and modernisation to the 1980’s structure. Despite the global health crisis going on, the original, dated building was transformed for a new generation of commercial tenants and includes a brand new retail frontage and a two-storey roof extension. Inside, seven floors of office space and the main stair core have been reconfigured, leading up from a spacious double-height (40m high) reception area with bespoke lighting, part of the building’s impressive new design by Buckley Gray Yeoman.
Our work included completely new electrical, mechanical, and public health installations to every floor. The plant areas can be found on the roof, basement, together with the showers, bike store and general storage areas.
We are proud of everyone who delivered this project to the client on time, despite the recent difficulties of the global health crisis.
They showed some great teamwork, Well done everyone!
