We are pleased to announce that Designer Group has secured the full MEP package works for Tottenham Court Road West (TCRW), Soho. A magnificent new development scheme of 92 high-end residential apartments, including 11 penthouses, directly above the new Tottenham Court Road cross rail station.

Inspired by hotel-style living, TCRW Soho will be made up of two main buildings combining bold, contemporary design and traditional Georgian architecture, making this new landmark stand out from the surrounding buildings, acting as a marker for the new cross rail entrance.

The M&E works will include an air source heat pump system and specialist lighting controls, along with high-end fittings and accessories, all delivered across an 80-week construction period, due to start on site in July 2021. We will be working closely in collaboration with our client Galliard Homes to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery of the project.
