Designer Group has strengthened its governance structure by expanding its dedicated Sustainability Committee, reaffirming our commitment to integrating sustainability across all levels of the organisation. The team welcomed new representatives from key departments such as the People Team, Procurement, QEHS, and Engineering, together with our pevious members, this cross-functional team is better equipped to continue taking a holistic approach to embedding ESG principles throughout our operations.

Led by our experienced Lead ESG Coordinator, who continues to drive this critical agenda, the Sustainability Committee has long collaborated closely with senior leadership to advance ESG initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and sustainability commitments. Overseen by the Board of Directors, the committee plays a pivotal role in implementing and monitoring sustainability strategies, fostering collaboration, and ensuring accountability. This well-established governance model continues to position Designer Group to deliver impactful, organisation-wide change while advancing our ongoing journey toward a sustainable future.
