Talent Summit has grown to become one of the largest HR and Leadership conferences in Europe, attended by over 600 HR leaders, showcasing the latest thinking on talent topics from around the world such diversity, talent attraction, performance improvement, leadership, culture and employee wellbeing. Its mission is to share thought leadership on talent to build better workplaces and working lives.

The focus was on “The Rise of Humanity in Work”, and back at Designer Group HQ, we have heard all about the ideas and discussions our team had throughout their day!
