Designer Group are delighted to announce that our Wembley W06 project has achieved completion. 

Forming part of the 85-acre mixed-use regeneration of Wembley Park, Plot W06 is a mixed-use development. With a 150,000 sq ft, nine-storey commercial office building and a 150-private build-to-rent apartment block of 11 storeys. The apartment building offers 115 units for private rent. The office building was designed to British Council for Offices standards and has been fitted out to a Category A finish.

Designer Group supplied and installed over £15 million of mechanical, electrical, and public health services to the new buildings alongside main contractor McLaren Construction Group.
