We are pleased to announce that after almost 3 years on site, the DG team have achieved practical completion on our Waterloo Station retail project.

Consisting of the MEP shell and core works including gas, ventilation, BMS, water, sprinklers, fire alarms, power, and data – a ‘dead space’ where the Eurostar once was, has been transformed into 130,000 sq. ft. of brand-new retail space. Featuring 40 glass-fronted retail units with mezzanine and public spaces, and a new pedestrianised street called the Waterloo Curve, this project is a significant upgrade for the station.

Congratulations to the team who have delivered this project for our client ISg, which saw a vast change in scope over the course of the programme, all delivered to a high standard of quality and health and safety.
